What Is This Meditation About?
Universal Meditation is a 501(C)(3) non-profit organization. Unlike other meditation practices, which originate from a certain meditation school or religious background, this meditation is a non-denominational meditation that provides a method for all people regardless of age, gender, ethnicity, culture, education, religion, etc.
How Is This Meditation Different From Other Types Of Meditation?
Most techniques allow people to feel temporary relief from their burdens, but as they go back to normal life, their mind also go back to its normal state. Meditation is not about suppressing the mind. We will teach you how to discard the root cause of your pain and burden through our guided meditation method. This will allow you to see countless changes in your mental and emotional state.
Do People Who Don't Normally Have Stress Need To Meditate?
Even though you’re comfortable, time to time you feel anxiety and difficulties. That’s because things don’t work out according to your plans and that’s life. How Often Should I Meditate?
As much as you can. Most people meditate between 45 minutes and 1 and half hours per day. Some people come 2-4 times a week and sometimes even once a week. Still, they make progress as long as they come consistently. There are also people who meditate intensively, who stay many hours, or even all day long to meditate; they can feel more benefits, more quickly.

Will I lose my memory if I throw away the pictures that are stored in my brain?
No, it is impossible to lose your memory. You will simply no longer be controlled by the memories. The burden, attachment, and suffering that are stored in the memories will vanish. Once you're free of them you'll understand yourself and your life more clearly.
How can I throw it away if I can't stop thinking about something?
