We have two options for our 1-month, 1-on-1 memberships. Our online classes are available for just $150 and are hosted live via Zoom. Our in-person classes are available for $200 and include online sessions and weekly Meditation in the Park.
Of note, in-person classes will resume upon reopening.

1. How is this different from other meditation?
Most techniques allow people to feel temporary relief from their burdens, but as they go back to normal life, their mind also goes back to its normal state. Meditation is not about suppressing the mind, we will teach you how to discard the root cause of your pain and burden through our guided meditation method. This will allow you to see countless changes in your mental and emotional state.
2. What is the difference between 1-on-1 and group sessions?
Both have their benefits. Customized 1 on 1 sessions offer personal support. Having a private guide for every single session allows one to better understand his or herself and conquer their deeper issues.
Group meditation can bring a greater sense of motivation, focus, and connection. In addition, group settings inevitable give rise to environmental disturbances which offer the meditator a chance to overcome whatever distractions or irritations that may be in their mind.
3. Are the sessions pre-recorded?
No! Every session is led live online via Zoom by our staff
4. I'm not sure if this course will benefit me. How will I know?
The only way to find out is to give it a try! This meditation is something that has to be experienced.
5. What is the schedule?
Session length depends on student's preference. Online sessions maximum length is 1.5 hours long, in person sessions are unlimited. We are open from Monday to Saturday, 8am - 10pm
